Compliance & Certification Timeline
We’re committed to achieving customer satisfaction and confidence through control techniques, planned systematic production, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This commitment starts in our President’s office and is communicated to all levels of the organization. Objectives are developed and enhanced through audits, preventive corrective action plans, and biannual Management Review board meetings.
Our internal Quality Control Program consists of a Quality Management Systems Manual, Repair Station Quality Manual, and Employee Handbook along with written and oral communications including Work Instructions, computer wizards, training courses, and reference cards as examples. This multifaceted approach ensures the implementation of our quality policy, objectives, and improvements.
